  1. Dear Sarah,

You were recommended to us by Julie Casey as a great fit for our site, InspireMeToday.com. We would like to feature you in our Inspirational Youth series, a free opportunity which will allow you to reach and inspire thousands of people.

Each day we ask our Luminary to share, “If you only had 500 words to share, what wisdom would you want to pass on to humanity? What have you learned that matters, and what doesn’t?” We provide that answer FREE to our community each day, reaching folks in more than 150 countries around the world.

Since our launch over four years ago, we’ve featured wisdom from Sir Richard Branson, Guy Laliberte, Seth Godin, Marci Shimoff, Debbie Ford, Neale Donald Walsh, Mariel Hemingway, Jack Canfield, Janet Attwood and hundreds of additional Luminaries. We’re offering you the same opportunity to connect with our audience and make a difference!

Through our website and other outlets, we reach over 75,000 people each day, in more than 150 countries! We also share inspiration from three Luminaries a week in our column on the Care2.com network, a community of over 20,000,000 people worldwide!

To accept this invitation, all you need to do is visit inspiremetoday.com/newluminary/youth, where more information and detailed instructions are available, and complete the submission process.

We sincerely hope that you will accept this invitation. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me, as I’m happy to help in any way. We greatly appreciate all that you do to inspire the world and look forward to hearing from you.

    Sincerely,

    Kristan Sartor

  5. Reagan says:

Dear Sarah, I am 8 years old and I met you today at Lake E. I was wondering how do you establish a business?

    • sharlene says:

Hey Reagan! I would say that the first thing to do to start a business is to have a good idea. Then you should make notes of what you want to do. Make sure you tell your parents your ideas! After that you should find a way to make your idea a reality by finding a supporter, such as your principal. I hope I helped and I can’t wait to hear what your idea is! Please write back! :)

  6. John Gervase says:

    Hello Sharlene,
Thank you for taking the time to talk to me today regarding my bookmobile initiative. I look forward to meeting you and your husband about possibly working together or at least gleaning information from you about the aquistion and distribution of books to underprivileged children. My goal, as I mentioned, was for kids that are not able to acquire books to be able to build their own home libraries. I thought that if I made regular stops, say once a month, to a location, like a Boys and Girls Club, kids could go into my bookmobile and pick out a book for them to take home and keep. There are a lot of questions I have and I am anxious to get your input. I will let you know when I will be back in town (possibly the first week of December).

  7. Sarah Wilson says:

Thank you again for coming out to Oviedo High School, May 6th 2013. My club and I are happy that we were able to take part in such a great service project at our school to go along with Just 1 Book! It was amazing how many students/teachers at our school wanted to help out and donate books to the cause and we were so happy we could help!
